The evening of May 21st was a night that will not be easily forgotten. Organized and hosted by Grade 11, this year’s prom, Starlight, was held at the Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel, where grades ten through twelve gathered to celebrate the coming end of the school year.
It’s great to see students, most of the time clad in their KIS uniforms, to show their more glamorous side. Beneath the lights of the venue was a dazzling array of dresses and suits, accompanied by music fit for a KIS prom. Even better, it was a chance to see the teachers dress up.
It was also a time to reunite with old friends and meet new ones as some of our students brought guests.
Each member of CO’16 was also given a gift, a majestic ring with their name and graduation year engraved, all prepared and presented by Grade 11.
From the breathtaking view to the delicious buffet, it sure was one heck of a way to send off the G12s.
