1. During the third playing of the royal anthem (not the second as previously mentioned), you may open up a candle application on your phone to hold. Please hold your phone closely to your chest and do not wave it around in the air. To download a candle application, simply look up ‘candle’ on the Apple App Store or the Google Playstore and download an appropriate application.
