I’m good at finding the most practical solutions to reduce the impact of stress or difficulty. I’d also like to think I’m easy to talk to and I don’t judge what you have to say. I’m a realist but I have a positive outlook on things, and I believe that that is important to assisting people in finding ways to help themselves.
Considering that it is my last year of school, I can say that I have experienced a majority of the problems you might be facing currently, be it academic or non-academic. I can assure you that I am willing to share my struggles with you and how I overcame them . I am also willing to lend you a helping hand in order to guide you in the right direction. My greatest strength is time-management, so if you are having issues with maintaining a balance between your academic and personal lives, you are welcome to come and talk to me.
I think that one of my strengths is my patience and ability to help guide people towards realizing multiple options for their issues. Whether it be anxiety, stress or school related such as time management or organization, I will be happy to help and act as a guiding hand. Creating a positive and collaborative environment is something that I hope to offer while helping you realize pathways you can take.
I feel I’m especially competent at giving advice on stress, anxiety, and relationship-based issues. I always find it important to help others realize what they’re thinking and the ways in which their thinking impacts them. A collaborative, comfortable environment is something I hope to bring to the table, and I always look forward to giving others a space to talk.

Some of my strengths are that I am quite organised so I can help you if you need any tips in terms of academic or organisation. I believe that I can relate to you a lot since most of the things that you are facing might be similar to what I have gone through before so I will be able to understand how you feel.
