A four-goal haul from Pitcher (G12) and a Hat-Trick from Rajat (G11) inspired the Senior Boys to a 10-2 victory over St. Andrews 107 on Thursday afternoon , starting their campaign off with an impressive result.

The Wolves started the game dominating possession in 107’s half, but it was the visitors who took the lead after a quick counter attack. However, that lead did not last long as the Wolves replied back with goals from Budi, Pitcher and a lovely free-kick by Rajat to give the Wolves a 3-1 lead at half-time.

The Wolves also started the second half really brightly as their passes tore 107’s defense apart as they scored three more goals from beautiful passing and movements. With the score 6-1, 107 were clearly frustrated as they played rougher an committed more players forward, eventually scoring a curling screamer from outside of the box to the top-corner of the net.

However, the Wolves acted like nothing happened as they fired back with four goals mainly from counter-attacks as they piled misery on 107 with the score 10-2 after the final whistle. The boys will keep their spirits up high and look forward for their tournament at Ascot this Saturday!

Thank you for all of your support today and don’t forget to come and cheer for the Senior Girls who are having their tournament at KIS THIS SATURDAY!!
